"I didn't know I'd have to give an acceptance speech," Altutcher said. "For the first time in my life, I'm wondering if I'm even good enough to have the imposter syndrome" He says his wife helped him see that he shouldn't be embarrassed of what he's done. But on a personal level, it could diminish his vitality and emotional attachment to his own victories: "If I don't have that anymore, I think I'm healthier"
