What Does This Strategy Say to the United States?

i think this is wherehe problem is, we haven't seen the strategy document. You know, for example, what are the biggest cuts in every service? It's military construction. That doesn't tell you much of anything. We don't have the unclassified version of the n d s but we should be able to figure out what they're trying to do just from reading what we do have out there on the budget. And i think we just don't know. So i don't wat to end there, because there's so much more that we can say.
