Introduction
Some scholars refer to this time period as the Greek Renaissance. Progression from geometric style that was common throughout 9th and early 8th centuries BC occurred in late 8th century BC. Corinthian pottery specialized in exquisitely decorated perfume flasks, 2-3 inches high called Aeriballus. The next few episodes will deal with those achievements.
