Is That a Good Balance?

Some vegetables, like the tubers and some like kale is a hit a miss because I think it's better cooked. But again, to unlock the fat soluble vitamins at a kale, we do want the good fats to go with that. So having a balance of both. And this is why with lunches, you know, you could do more salads and you could add thinking like a subway sandwich... Then for dinner, you have a cooked meal where maybe with whatever protein you're having, meat, fish, beans, tempeh, with some cooked vegetables. That way you get the balance of both - if that makes sense.
