Alex Castellanos is accused of using the bankruptcy courts in the system and bad faith. If there's ever been a case of someone who could be shown to be using the bankruptcy Courts in the system, it's definitely AlexCastellanos. He didn't comply with the discovery in the last case. And I don't expect that he would be much more forthcoming now, but that could be much more of a problem. It might not just be a matter of him being broke. His lawyers are trying to get some money back from his ex-wife for her legal fees.
