The ICC Isn't Revealing the Details of Proof It Has of Putin's Alleged War Crimes

Human Rights Watch says it has a vast amount of mobile phone footage and other evidence handed over by witnesses in Ukraine dating back to the beginning of the conflict. Russia hasn't refuted that it's going on but defends its actions by claiming that the movement of children from occupied parts of Ukraine is for humanitarian reasons. And they can call it whatever they want. But the fact is that this is a violation of the Geneva Conventions. It is a war crime.
