I think fundamentally, being able to ask for help is crucial to growing. It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking you're right all the time. And just making sure that you are tempering your your tone sometimes. I'm sure there are more. We've been amazingly lucky or well planned. But i think what's really rewarding about the firm in general is watching people grow year on year. You see different chalnges emerge for them. One year some one might be struggling with confidence.
