A Detachment Is Incredibly Important to Me

A detachment is incredibly important to me, even more so now that we are in this world where we're living at work or working from home. So one of my simple rules is, like i do, i work from nine a m to six p m every day. At work, i make time for the important. I have two hours blocked off every day on my calendar to focus on non reactive work. And then with the team management, both like my team, my cross functional peers. For me, multi tasking doesn't work. If i go to a meeting, i'm all in and present and listening and par ing if i don't think i need to do any of those
