The Legitimacy Debate and the Biden Commission

I think it's important to acknowledge the legitimacy a part of the argument but I don't like the outcome of the argument or sorry of the decision and therefore the courts illegitimate anytime it disagrees with my preferred outcome will then one side of every single decision is going to say the courts illegitimate that can't be the way this works.
