Army Venture Capital Corporation - What's Going On?
The Army Venture Capital Corporation was created by Congress in 2002 to be the in-Q-Tel for the Department of Defense. It operates for about 10 years, doesn't have the financial success that in- Q-Tel has had and arguably didn't have the transition success at least not from the Army's perspective. Mark ventures is relaunching it as a brand new entity with the same mission but funded by private money.
