How Do We Manage This in a Public Sphère?

In your book, you mentioned that american society isn't really very good at doing the work of reparation and repentance. How do we give any ideas on how we can direct this message? You just talked about accountability and having this communal sense of that. And it is not clear to me that a lot of people who are very, very attached to the power that they hold are going to do their accountability work willingly.
