The Importance of Love in Relationships

I didn't know that I was doing IFS and therapy years ago with my former therapist. It has really been so helpful to, yeah, just like in, you know, hopefully not. sounding cheesy, but like just really love yourself more. Like there's so many parts of us that are kind of vying for attention or protecting us at some point in our life. And I couldn't find that true self, that soul, that essence of who I was because they were all running amok. So it was really important in that work to kind of discern what was what.
