The Importance of Organizational Structure in Multidisciplinarity
The main lesson that we've had here is that organizationol structure is very importunant for that. Most drug companies work, even the ones that do have strong computational teams, is that they will have a biinpormetic department and machine learning department and thaiyknowledge department. For us, we actually have the flip the other way, whereas the main unit of work are moty disciplinary groups with a specific, like, technical or business goal. So this is what's called, in intact, the spotifid model. And its a kind of organ structure. It's much more found intact than in biotac and that we've kind of brought here.
