The Cost of Adding Code to Your System

Coffee is a very pre-domain, right? You can roast beans from zero all the way to burn. There's this process of going from this undifferentiated domain coffee to breaking it up into the discrete bucket and digitizing it. And that's really hard. It's similar to looking at a billiard stable and you're trying to come up with what are the rules? What is the system of equations that dictates what is going to happen on this billiard table? Or are you trying to get it ball into a corner? Into the pocket?
