Is Low Protein Really the Way to Go?

The persistent effect of these health improvements was more durable in the protein restriction group. So it'd be interesting to see some more conclusive research done. 27 days of low protein isn't going to destroy some body's health. But I don't think that this study is absolutely concluding that low protein is the way to go if you're trying to improve your health.
