How Does a Direct Integration Workflow Work for Developers?
We have direct integrations with a few of the major vendors and platforms, so including dialogue flow, Watson and Raza. We favor a more flexible approach to saying, if you can get the data out in kind of easily supported formats and allow that to integrate within your workflow, it's going to be easier for you to truly quality. That said, we're actually about to release a kind of a merge feature specifically for Dialog CX. So that allows you to really review every single change from your entities and intense tags, things like that, straight in human first to accelerate the process.
