Sally Kohn: I want there to be a material amount of skin in the game from the people that I'm partnering with. Humility, horsepower, their home life is something that I didn't use to focus on. She says she's been in enough partnerships where the entrepreneur or the partner is great, but the spouse creates disharmony because it's 502 and they should be home. "I like to always know just how smart people are," said Kohn.
