The Importance of Teaching Yourself
It's like the most important skill you can learn as a programmer is the skill of teaching yourself and just like not giving up when you hit a wall. So that was one thing we learned. Oh, we did a lot of algorithm stuff and I was terrible at the algorithm stuff. Like sorting lists of things, binary search, big O notation. I never understood that stuff. And let me think, linked lists, algorithm stuff, that's honestly about all that I remember. There was much details inside of that, but the big picture of things, it seemed to just be a bunch of algorithms and stuff.
