They're all natural inner deities inner parts of us that are just trying to find love and safety. When you realize that from the view of nature of mind and bodhicitta the open-hearted awareness is what I sometimes call it,  the energy will start to release of the anger and the fear in your body. Then the love will just meet it and listen to it and allow it
