i think he wooked around at his conference, jus didn't see an appetite to do this. And then, you know, there was this, this, a life preserver that he and other republicans grabbed on to which was the constitutional question of whether you could convict somebody who was no longer in office. But its almost as if it never occurred to him to get the votes there.
