Do You Really Want to Adopt?

i got a lon motor right outside my window here. Think about which of the two views makes more sense. Do you really think that it means that jesus just arbitrarily decided that he wants the bunch of people to die and go to hell because he just doesn't even want them to have the ability to respond? i'm saying that is not a totally unconditional because he's saying he's little childrennd and weak people, and the meek shall inherit. Er, so there's obviously a condition there. The question is, does he effectually cause the condition by which to choose them? Or does he choose them, and then because of that condition, dos it make sense?
