The Risk of Invasive Procedures in Patients With Thrombocytopenia
I think the idea that you're going to do a risky procedure in somebody who's coagulopathic is something most of us would avoid. And so we probably shouldn't be doing it, you know, full stop end of story. But I do think one thing the paper tells us is that if you are going to place a subclivity in line, it's somebody who's thrombocytopenic, you absolutely should give them platelets before or while you're doing it. That's definitely telling me anything about platelets. Right.
