Mark Clark: The changes in the leadership of the Russian military effort in Ukraine are really interesting. He says there was a lot of criticism towards General Gerasimov and Minister Shoyuko from people like Evgeny Pridorshin or Amazon Kadirov. And yet Mr. Putin made an ultimate decision now to put General GerAsimov in charge, he adds. Clarke: It may well just simply have been the fact that precisely Putin wanted action. But frankly, I think it's almost inevitable that even without any desire to forestall the arrival of new kit, that the Russians would be launching Spring Offensive.
