How to Get Rid of Jaw Tension

When we're tense, it's tensing our jaw. And posture is really interesting. When we stare at our phones and have that sort of bent neck position, i really think about that cutting off some of our ability to breathe deeply. There's also this relationship with um, how we hold our tongue position. You want to see a kind of serene expression around your body every day. If you can play with that type of position for more hours of the day,  you'll be in better health.
