Design Partners and Product Building in Early Go to Market Phases

Heis thinking about things like early pilots and design partners, and how that intersects with a zero to one product building. I'm interested what are some dees or don'ts, or some of your own lessons learned about getting those first design partners, picking them, making them successful. First i would say, do less. Identify the most important issue and tackle it. Trying to tackle multiple things at the same time can really be tough. Also, choose the team that you're working for. Like work with a really small cor team.
