Pigeon whistles are one of the great traditions of baging back alleys, or hootongs. David renny heard it on his first visit to bay jing as a 25-year-old cycling around mediaeval alleyways. But so much of old baging has been knocked down in the last 25 years by breakneck economic changes. The only way you can really stop conspiracy theories is by having politicians and governments that people can trust, and do trust.
