Is There Anything I Can Do About It?

I feel like it's more mysterious. I still don't really understand it because it's like smoke. We're talking about something really elusive. So I think I got close to explaining the feeling. And I'm hoping that by reading it, the reader gets the feeling. But that's as close as any of us can get. That's accurate. The way it happens. There's nothing to figure out. Just do it and get out of your head and get into your heart and into your body and feel it and do it. You know, when, when the music is good, the body reacts. It's not, it's not the intellect. No, it's visceral.
