Did You Ever Have a Pivotal Experience About Consciousness?
As an adolescent, perhaps, have a kind of pivotal experience or revelatory thought that made you think differently about consciousness. It all seems to have kicked off for me and for people of my generation when we saw the matrix. And i do remember the first time i realized that i would at some point die, and that what it was to be me would at somepoint cme to an end. I don't remember it being that distressing or anything, just the sudden recognition that life is circumscribed. That, for me, must have been part of this trajectory of thinking about mine brain and self over those years.
