If i've got enough young people, see, because they don't cost as much, i can afford a lot of em. So instead of having one heavy weight at an enormous sum, I can afford four youngsters for that price. Then eventually, what you find, where i've always found everybody who's worked for me as either ended ut being a creative director, in starting their own agency. This isn't like working in a bank - this is fun, paid for. Maybe then it's a cultural thing, which is that youare setting thecontects the environment.
