A lot of my work has been more recently focused on Riot specifically, since I've been hired here because it's something that Riot is really passionate about. So again, it can look like everything from like, what does safety look like for an employee? How can managers be trained to be more inclusive? And how do we know when we've really screwed up before it actually gets shipped? and before we really start to hurt the players that we're trying to build trust with.
