Should I Do Chin Ups on an Arm Day?

I really like to limit chin ups to once a week. Most people can't get directly overhead and without pain, shoulder, upper back,. So i wouldn't do them on an arm day. Pluss, you need to warm up a bit. I like achin up sequence after two rows, or at least one row. O, you can do rack chin ups first. As long as you're warmed up thoroughly and it's healthy. But regular chin ups, i like hem to be second or third. And of course, for arms, dips and close grip, bent, you're not goig to beat anything. Nothing better for triceps but chin ups.
