The Number One Way to Create Self Confidence

i try to go 30 minutes ta start my day with absolutely no phone. I'll do periods of time where i'll go 30 days straight of strict gratitude practice, writing three things down everything every morning, that i'm grateful for. One of the greatest ways to create self confidence is writing down three winds at the end of the day that you ware proud of. That a line with your values, your career goals, your family galls, whatever it may be. And so i do, i do practice each and every night of making note of three things, three winds i've had every day.
