Is This an Adam Kurtis Movie?

i used to think that like okay adam kurtis is a really good filmmaker he i think in certain things like one of the best documentary filmmakers who's ever existed at this point. I also don't think anybody else could have pulled off this timing and this juxtaposition without any music without any like i mean the the title cards do so much work and even if they didn't  there were multiple times for the first 20 minutes where you're like, "Oh my god what just happened?"
