When the Uber accident happened in Tempe, it's set back the self-driving industry. The state of California to date still hasn't really stepped in to say, hey, what are you doing? Do people really think that this is an autonomous vehicle? How many people have died in crashes across the United States or in the state of California in the last 10 years where a Tesla was involved in the crash? You can't have it both ways, is what I'm saying.
