Is There a Real Problem in the Polling Stations?
There is no evidence that there is a real problem in the polling stations. In great britain it's different to northern ireland, as a different political culture. Yet in our general election and in our european elections of 20 19, forty eight million votes cast. There was just one conviction between those two elections. One conviction in relation to forty 8 million votes. So what the government is doing now is spending, they say, a hundred and 80 million pounds over ten years,. setting up a structure of a compulsory pota idea which i think is wholly disproportionate to the problem.
