But if you're trying to buy a pack of biscuits using u p i, it's possible merchants may put a board on top titled u p i only for trans actions above 100 rupees. Once again, the ar bi has explicitly stated that they haven't taken a call and this is simply an exercise in understanding public opinion. Maybe we will just have to wait and see what happens.
