Small Cap Value vs S and P 500
The small cap value has produced about 14 times higher return than the s and p 500. But what people are not ready for is that you have to be willing to live through periods of ten to 20 years of, i'll call it under performance. And so when i say that i put my stock n in terms of confidence, in the academics, they don't hide the fact that there'll be long periods of under performance. That's just baked in the cake. My challenge, and trying to be an educator and help people make a lifetime decision for long after i'm gone, is to convince them that there are a group, a small group of asset classes that are likely to serve you
