How to Use Insights Frameworks to Improve Product Discovery
In insights frameworks, I simply mean a framework created from insights that span that span multiple studies. So in my experience, it's really common for we as researchers to think that if somebody asks a question we need to run a study but often we already have answers. And so I've seen teams save literally four to six weeks in discovery sprints where they think they need to start from the very beginning on something and we can say actually this is an adjacent product area where we already did a lot of work. We can help them support them in running that on their own.
