Stanley: It sounds like you have the booing of those assets by things like residential multi-family housing against the office space. And it sort of suggests that maybe that sub class is actually doing worse than the price action in those mortgage-backed securities would suggest. I'm sure some of our viewers and listeners have gotten chills down their spine because it sounds reminiscent of a conversation we were having around the 2007-2008 period about our MBS residential mortgage-backed Securities. Stan: There was an absence of diversification in some of those assets that were thought to be there. He says credit standards aren't really the problem. They're sort of missing the point a little bit.
