This chapter explores the cultural transition from San Francisco to the Northeast, including personal stories of adaptation and reflections on changing social dynamics. It further tackles the financial challenges faced by media organizations during the pandemic, as well as the intersection of corporate social justice commitments and the empowerment of Black employees seeking accountability in the workplace.
