If you have the rise at 15 kilometers an hour, then i'd say the lactate threshold was rteen quilometers an hour. That would be a 14 kilometer an hour. And of course, when you set your training intensities, if it's 14 kilometers n hou, and you want to exercise them in the heavy domain, then you're probably going to be exercising at 15, maybe 16 km/h. So that that's where that comes from, t yet, but it will be.
