How Does Technology Affect Children's Learning?

In the past, there was a very tense atmosphere between educators and researchers. Now you'd be hard pressed to find a children's mediaventure that doesn't have some kind of adviser or consultant on how children grow and learn. It has just become much more important in an environment where kids have so much choice and have so many options.
