How Do You Recognize When a Story Needs to Be Told?
We refer to em internallys high value moments of knowledge capture, like something's happen that makes me say, ah, this is something that we want to get down on paper. So right now it's primarily been more on the side of through the relationships that our team is building with various groups. And so we spent a lot of time, i would't say it's necessary o doing education, but we do do some simple socialization. We want to, from a cultural perspective, reward and recognize those who've aready stepped up.
