The court's final opinion is consistent with the league draft opinion. It notes that other amarchist briefs present arguments about the motives of proponents of liberal access to abortion. They note that some such supporters have been motivated a desire to suppress the size of the african american population. There is no discussion of the reasons why this group might be moren ind to terminate a pregnancy, like high rates of maternal mortality and uneven educational unemployment prospects.
