Customer Discovery Processes - Questions to Ask When Interviewing

The second question we can ask when interviewing is, are we extracting value without compensating? Are we giving somebody 25 dollars and extracting a huge insight that derives our multi million dollar product business? Is that really a fair trade off? A lot of teams use user personas. When we generalize across a set of interviews, we end up falling back to our stereotypes. What i encourage teams to do instead is to create what's called a interview snapshot. Is just a one page templet that summarizes what you heard in each interview. So rather than gene lizing across your interviews, you're capturing in a one pager what you're hearing from each interview. This helps to remind you that
