You can't just let people loose and do whatever they want. You have to give them a little bit of freedom so that they can create their little piece of whatever it is your building. That's what creates the fulfilment and overall ownership in whatever project or company you're working with. If you see somebody doing something wrong and you don't step in and say, hey, this is how it should be done, you are failing them. And not only you failing them, you're failing yourself, because they're not going to do as good, and then you're going to suffer too.
