Vipassana is an active meditation where you're basically continually scanning the body paying attention to the breath at the same time Feeling all the sensations. Reducing like completely stopping caffeine altogether or only having it very very occasionally has just massively changed my day-to-day Stress levels but also how reactive I am because caffeine is essentially putting you in a low-grade Perpetual state of fight or flight and then the second thing is definitely meditation. Those two together have really created a buffer like I feel like I'm here right now I'm listening to you.
