Do You Have a High Level Practice?
Focus deliberate practice looks good if the difficulty is matched to your current skill level. You can somewhat moderate this with like how stressed you're feeling or how confident you're feeling. If timing is an issue, you canlike give yourself much less time than you would usually have available. One other thing that i think there's some evidence for from sport: mixed practice. This is like practising exactly the same thing over and over again. Kind of feels great, because you get really good at it,. But actually practising a whole bunch of different things at once feels harder because it is harder till i constantly switch. Do you know more about focus deliberate practice? Email stephanie.
