The Coming Race

The book is about a man who discovers an underground society of, you know, cousins of humanity. It's basically playing off all these kind of master race things that were going around during the Victorian era. And it was also kind of informed by the occult and so on. So this book just became like just lit a fire, you know? I think it had a lot to do with people becoming apotheosis or god-like in some ways.
