The Power of the Placebo Effect

Researchers at the University of Agder and Norway wanted to know if you could use the placebo effect for your exercise routines. In other words, could you trick your mind into thinking that it was actually better than you thought? And eventually your fitness results would be even better too. Okay, I'll let you all decide if that sounds like good leadership in Seattle or whether you would frankly sign up to be a driver or a passenger of public transportation up there. For me, I think I'd rather walk.
